Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. Remaining balances are due before the event.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

3. Delivery & Setup
Delivery, setup, and teardown are included within Winnipeg city limits. Travel fees may apply outside city boundaries.

4. Equipment & Liability
The client is responsible for preventing damage to equipment during use. Sidash Events Rentals is not liable for injuries or lost items resulting from misuse of equipment.

5. Media Usage
Sidash Events Rentals may use event photos or videos for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
